P-51H (RS Models 1/72)27 viewsNice kit and, as far as I know, the only decent 1/72 scale kit of the last version of the Mustang, the P-51H. Markings are for a Texas Air National Guard stationed at Brooks AFB in 1953. (I was a junior in high school!)

Me 109G-6, Modified (Eduard/Overtree 1/48)27 viewsThis one took over three years to finally put away. Overtree kits are plastic only; no instruction, no decals, no PE. Just plastic.
This is an Me 109G-6, modified. Near the end of the war, Germany was hard pressed to build new aircraft. In this case a newer wing from one manufacturer was fitted to the older standard Me1-9G-6. The pilot defected, landing his airplane at a Canadian held airfield in Germany where it was carefully documented.
